Sensex flat Jaiprakash up 6%

The Sensex touched a low of 14,082 in the opening trades. The index however rebounded into the positive zone and touched a high of 14,388.

The index is now up 19 points at 14,329.

Jaiprakash Associates has advanced 6% to Rs 174. Larsen & Toubro has added over 4% to Rs 1,405.

Hindalco and Ranbaxy have increased 3.5% each to Rs 80 and Rs 217, respectively.

Tata Motors is up 3% at Rs 315.

HDFC, Tata Steel, Sterlite and SBI have added 2% each.

Reliance Communications and Bharti Airtel have dropped 5% each to Rs 299 and Rs 869, respectively.

DLF and ICICI Bank have slipped over 3.5% each to Rs 371 and Rs 730, respectively.
