Narain's choosiness costs him dear

In the entertainment industry, particularly acting, seeking too much versatility and variety does not always work well. One has to learn to sail with the favourable trend yet keep oneself above stereotypes and clichés.

Narain, who debuted through Mysskin’s Chithiram Pesudhadi, is trying to do the same. After his remarkable debut, Narain was lucky to be offered performance-oriented roles in Thangar Bachan’s Pallikkoodam and Mysskin’s Anjaathey. Both the films did well at the box-office and secured him name and fame. But after that, he kept waiting for similar stylish scripts and nothing interesting came his way. Now this film institute grad is tired of waiting because his choosiness has led to a famine of roles. So what next Narain?
