Ahmedabad: The Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A) is conducting a two-day international conference on 'Security and Identity Management' (SIM) at its campus, starting from today.
The conference is being organized to identify global challenges on the issue and address gaps which exist in the digital economy.
47 Indian partners and 25 from the UK in the research project are part of the conference.
The conference is the part of an Indo-UK research project in the area of information security and identity management, which will bring together several international experts from both academia and industry to ponder on the issue.
"Several security and identity challenges across the globe will be discussed during the conference by various international participants from diverse fields. Efforts will also be made to abridge the 'gap' in the digital economy market and develop appropriate security and identity framework and solutions," Rajanish Dass said.
